Return Policy

All returns must be received within 30 DAYS for consideration of refund or exchange.

How to Make a Return
  • Product(s) must be in new, unused, resalable condition.
  • Packaging must also be in new condition, if not, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return all manuals, warranty cards, included accessories, etc. in new condition.
  • Ship all products well-packed (use our original packing materials if possible) and insured. We cannot allow credit for items received from you that have been damaged in shipping due to your packing them poorly.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately, and do not return any damaged item until you have communicated with us.
  • Please notify us of your intention to return as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:
Unless the product was defective or you were shipped the wrong item, our refund will not include any shipping/handling/insurance charges. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping/handling/insurance cost will be deducted from your refund. Finally, if a free t-shirt, hat or other promotional item was included in your order, but not included in your return, the suggested retail price will be deducted form your refund.

 

Limited Warranty

EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and in lieu of any other express warranties, Moto Tassinari warrants that under normal use, the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days (the Warranty Period) from date of purchase. There is no warranty of any kind for any defects after the Warranty Period.

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and no warranty of any kind is provided with respect to any subjective or aesthetic aspects of the product.

For any warranty consideration to be given during the Warranty Period a dated receipt within the Warranty Period will be required, without exception.
